BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP.
now this is more than just a buffalo chicken dip. it is THE buffalo chicken dip.
ready? set?
ingredients -
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup KEN's buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 large can of canned chicken (in tuna section)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar/jack/italian)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
directions -
- Place the package of cream cheese in a square 9x9 pan and place in oven before preheating.
- Preheat oven to 350, allowing cream cheese to warm with oven. (when oven reaches 350, remove pan so as not to burn the cc, but warm it enough to spread easily.)
- In a separate bowl, drain and shred chicken with a fork
- Add ranch dressing and buffalo sauce; mix well.
- Spread cream cheese in the pan it's in to create the bottom layer of dip
- Pour chicken mixture to form middle layer of dip
- Shred cheese, and sprinkle to create top layer of dip
- Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
- Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
ok so i admit that this isn't necessarily the healthiest meal, but i love it for so many reasons...
1. it is fast and easy.
2. it is oh so tasty.
3. it is complimented well by healthy foods. (i usually serve it with a salad or a fruit & veggie tray)
4. it is oh so tasty.
5. it can work as an appetizer or meal
6. it is oh so tasty.
and one last hint.... only and always use KEN's buffalo wing sauce. all others do not suffice like ken's does.

I just tried this dip for the first time a couple of months ago... it is SOOO good I completely agree!
I found your blog though my cousin Jessica Chapman's blog. I tried out this dip and my husband loves it. Every time I go to the store now he wants to make sure I stock up on everything we need for it. HA. Thanks for posting it!
haha WOW buffalo chicken dip???? who would have ever thought?? i'm so glad that hunter and I were able to pass it on... now its something special we share with you and will!! yay!! miss you guys!
